Sterling Electricals & Technologies was founded in Nagpur in 2003 with a simple belief: Indian industry deserves engineering partners who stay after the invoice. Twenty-three years later, that hasn't changed.
Our 15-person team covers electrical design, instrumentation, control software and now full-stack web development — so a Sterling project never falls between vendors. We design the panel, write the SCADA, build the AI dashboard and commission it on site, then support it for a decade.
We work with 19 OEM partners including Schneider Electric, Fuji Electric, Fibox, Voltamp, BKVibro, Sensonics, NIVUS, KOBOLD, Ambetronics, Planys Technologies, Adage Automation, Metrix Vibration, Sentech, CHCNAV, SANDS, Airmax, Aira, CAIR and Advance Tech India.

From system integrator to software manufacturer.
Our SCADA and automation projects always needed specialised business software — tender processing, quotation engineering, document control. Nothing on the market fit Indian utility workflows, so we wrote our own.
Today that internal tooling has become a product line: the Sterling Tender & Quotation Studio, central document/EMD/PO databases and web-based SCADA dashboards — manufactured, deployed and supported by Sterling itself.
